Last Saturday we held our third annual Spring Work Day here at the farm.
Sixty volunteers braved the rain and the cold to lend a hand. Over 375 hours
of work were accomplished in one day! We are sincerely grateful to each
person who helped out. What a blessing and encouragement to the ministry
and our staff to see so many projects move forward or be crossed off the list
completely. Hopefully these pictures can give a glimpse of the accomplish-
ments and the fellowship. God provided above and beyond - again.
Almost the whole group.
Building a shed roof on the front of the new maintenance building.
Digging holes in the rain didn’t work so a friend of the ministry lent us a power
auger.
The project manager.
The project apprentice.
At the end of the day...!
The “Miscelaneous Crew” had a list that would have taken me a week. They
finished by 3 PM.
Seed Starters.
Girl Crew picking fleeces in the dry garage.
Amanda painted the wall in the dining room in less than an hour with no drips.
Amazing.
The Chicago Crew worked on firewood and installed new lights in the barn loft.
Dan the electrician.
The Garden Shed builders got a great start.
Food Service! (basil and jello??)
Future crew leaders at the end of the day…
Dear Mike and Becky and crew,
What a joy to see and hear what God is doing!!! We sure hope we can come see your place someday. You are only about 3.5 hours away or less! Not too far. Keep sane and keep marching. God is moving and you are doing His work. He will provide for His work! Love you guys. Steve and Ann and crew
