Short and Sweet

The maple syrup season came and went as fast as the weather changed to
spring this year. The trees are already budding and the weatherman doesn’t
predict temperatures below freezing in the extended forecast so the sap just
isn’t flowing. Here are some pictures of the collection process and the new
evaporator in action.
