Honey Crisp
In the spring of 2008, Ron and Paula Roberts bought a honey crisp apple tree
for Harvest Home Farm. Ron and I came home and planted it next to the
windmill. Last year it got chewed up by the deer but survived to bear just one,
perfect apple this fall. We decided to pick it this morning. We all enjoyed it’s
amazing flavor as we thought of the Roberts family who are now serving in Romania.
